Solution

    Foundry Robotics Automation

Robotic process cells configured for high-load industrial handling and heavy manufacturing environments. India-headquartered, delivered worldwide on ABB, KUKA, FANUC, Universal Robots, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi platforms.

    Foundry Robotics Automation

Foundry robotics automation uses heavy-payload robots for casting extraction, ladle handling, shot-blasting support, and material movement in hot, dusty, high-vibration environments. It takes people out of the most hazardous jobs in the plant while holding cycle times that manual handling cannot sustain.

    About this solution

Foundries are among the most hostile environments on a factory floor: heat, dust, vibration, and heavy parts. Ubuntu Robotics designs foundry automation cells that survive these conditions while delivering consistent cycle times and dramatically improved operator safety.

We engineer foundry cells for casting extraction, ladle handling, shot blasting support, grinding cell loading, and heavy part transfer. Robots are selected for payload headroom and protected with heat shields, wash-down sealing, and positive-pressure enclosures where conditions require.

Our scope spans design, integration, and operator training, and we work with ABB, KUKA, FANUC, Yaskawa, and Mitsubishi high-payload platforms. Every cell is validated in simulation before on-site commissioning to minimize shop-floor iteration time.
